Payment

In order to book an apartment in Saint-Petersburg or mini-hotel room one night prepayment is normally required. The exceptions are cases when your travel dates are on major holidays such as New Year or Saint Petersburg's birthday, in such cases we can require from 50 to 100% prepayment to secure your booking. Also, when booking an apartment for one month or longer, required prepayment equals 15- 20% of monthly rent.

There are several ways available to you to make prepayment:

• visa or master card - we will send you authorization form to fill in and sign, for some apartments & mini hotels +5% charges are applied for such transaction;
• western union transfer - we will forward you Name and address of a person in whose name to wire prepayment;
• cash - your contact in Saint-Petersburg can pay directly at a mini-hotel or at an apartment you want to book;
• invoice - this option is only available if you have a company in Russia willing to prepay for your accommodation.

Upon receiving confirmation from you, we always put your apartment or room on hold for 1-2 days. This is in case you need some time to proceed with prepayment and to make sure it is not taken by someone else while you are making the payment.
After you have prepaid for your accommodation, the booking is secured. Prepayments of most apartments and some mini-hotels are non refundable.

After arrival to the apartment, you will be required to pay the balance for your accommodation in cash, in full. With some mini-hotels you pay the balance when you check in, with some - when you check out. Most mini-hotels accept credit cards, however, we recommend you ask us to be 100% sure.
